Accelerated by the global events of the last two years, the future of work has arrived at a dynamic, critical turning point for the federal government. Some agencies have found success in harnessing the innovation gained during the pandemic, while others continue to struggle to adapt to increasingly complex and ever-changing realities driven by cultural, social and technological shifts.
The Partnership for Public Service in partnership with BCG is hosting a new Best Places to Work in the Federal Government® virtual workshop series. This series is designed to convene federal employee engagement practitioners at all levels to strategize around how to drive employee engagement in the context of the demands and opportunities of the Future of Work. Register today to attend!
