You’ll learn how the program prepares GS-12 to GS-14 federal employees in acquisitions to become better leaders by focusing on the four core tenets of the Partnership’s Public Service Leadership Model, and hear all the details on how to apply for the spring 2024 cohort.

Meet our speakers

Randy Bergquist currently serves as an executive coach and facilitator for the Partnership’s leadership development programs. He is a highly experienced human capital strategist with international, public, private and academic experience who has demonstrated the ability to coach, consult with and facilitate diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success.  

He has over 36 years of leading federal departmentwide—and Cabinet level—human capital initiatives for Justice Department, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Transportation and the Department of Commerce.  

Over the course of his career, Randy has assessed, coached, and provided career and professional advice to hundreds of entry-level employees to senior executives in the federal government. His experience during and after his federal service includes coaching primarily in the areas of employee relations; conflict management; learning and leadership development; strategic, workforce and succession planning; organizational and individual performance management; and employee engagement. 

Jackie Koh manages the leadership development program for federal employees who work in HR, IT, and Acquisitions, as well for supervisors and emerging leaders in the Department of Labor. Her experiences supporting AmeriCorps members’ professional development as well as coordinating volunteers in direct service opportunities showed her the daily challenges facing many Americans. She is passionate about the power of leadership development and employee engagement in making lasting change among the leaders of this country, and therefore for the public.
