Presidential Transitions and National Security | Report Launch The Center for Presidential Transition at the Partnership for Public Service is releasing a new report analyzing national security threats during presidential transitions and providing advice for new administrations. To share the report’s findings, we are hosting a virtual event with Count Every Hero, a nonpartisan initiative of retired admirals, generals, and former service secretaries whose mission includes promoting a strong democracy as vital to our national security.
