Serving the People brought together key players in the congressional modernization effort to highlight recent improvements to institutional capacity and discuss future challenges and opportunities. Speakers and panelists explored how Members and staff can utilize and leverage the latest resources available to them. Panelists offered staff perspectives on their experience in building institutional capacity, promoting greater diversity and inclusion opportunities for staff, and how enhanced support services can ensure they succeed in their work on behalf of the country.
