US Suppressed: For privacy reasons, Fedscope reports law enforcement personnel who work in DC, MD, VA, and WV as working in the District of Columbia. Other law enforcement employees are reported as “Suppressed”. As a result, FedScope overstates employment for the District of Columbia for agencies with law enforcement subcomponents and understates employment for other states.
According to USASpending.gov, an official website of the U.S. government that provides an interactive way to explore federal funding, an agency’s budgetary resources indicate the amount of money an agency has the authority to spend in a fiscal year.
