Letter of support to the Senate Veterans Affairs Committee for Department of Veterans Affairs Accountability Act of 2015

The bill would give the Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs broad authority to remove someone based on performance or misconduct and without providing due process protections. It would also create an expedited process for MSPB to handle appeals. In addition, it makes some changes to the probationary period for employees at VA.
