Partnership for Public Service board member Toni Townes-Whitley named CEO of SAIC

WASHINGTON – The nonpartisan, nonprofit Partnership for Public Service congratulates board of directors member Toni Townes-Whitley on her new role as CEO of SAIC, effective October 2, 2023. Townes-Whitley has served on the Partnership’s board since December 2020. 

“Toni is an exceptional leader, innovative thinker and positive contributor to our organization’s mission to build a better government and a stronger democracy,” said Max Stier, president and CEO of the Partnership. “We are thrilled she is able to bring her many talents to this new role and proud to have her as a member of our board of directors.” 

During her time on the Partnership’s board, Townes-Whitley has brought her expertise in digital leadership, social impact and tech innovation to support federal leaders. Her vision and insights have also helped shape and improve the Partnership’s strategy and operations.
