Partnership for Public Service statement on the passing of Ken Duberstein

March 3, 2022

WASHINGTON – The nonpartisan, nonprofit Partnership for Public Service released the following statement from President and CEO Max Stier on the passing of Ken Duberstein, CEO of the Duberstein Group, and former Reagan White House chief of staff.

“The Partnership is saddened to hear of the passing of Ken Duberstein, who was dedicated to the cause of good government throughout his career,” Stier said. “We were fortunate to have several opportunities to work with Ken, who served on the Partnership’s Board of Governors and shared his expertise on presidential transitions.  Ken believed in bipartisanship, teamwork and professed that ‘we’re in this together.’ We commend his lifelong dedication to public service and express our condolences to his friends, his family and the many in Washington whose lives he touched throughout his long and esteemed career.”
