PARTNERSHIP FOR PUBLIC SERVICE STATEMENT ON THE PASSING OF PRESIDENT GEORGE H.W. BUSH

WASHINGTON – Partnership for Public Service President and CEO Max Stier released the following statement on the passing of President George H.W. Bush.

“Before George H. W. Bush was our president, he served in the military, in elected office and as an executive branch official. Through a lifetime of public service, he worked with the career employees who serve our nation as civil servants to make America and the world a better place. Few can match his record of service, but we all can learn from his example. The Partnership for Public Service joins the nation and the extended Bush family in mourning his passing.”
