Leadership 360 Assessment

In 2020, we launched the Public Service Leadership 360 assessment to provide federal leaders with a reliable way to measure their leadership competencies.

Of the more than 2,000 federal leaders who have used the assessment, 95% found it to be “very” or “extremely” effective in strengthening their leadership abilities.

One leader called it “my roadmap to success.” A career leader in the Department of Defense said the assessment provided her with insight into how others perceive her leadership skills. “I suffer from imposter syndrome and often doubt my leadership abilities,” she said, “but the 360 evaluation increased my self-awareness and helped me to see myself as others see me—as a strong, action-oriented, innovative leader who gets results.”
