But how do federal employees view their leadership and where are the most significant opportunities for improvement? According to the Partnership’s latest Best Places to Work in the Federal Government® analysis, leadership in the federal government gets a mixed review. On the one hand, leadership is one of the lowest workplace categories of 10 examined, with a score of only 54.9 out of 100. On the other hand, scores have been improving steadily since the rankings first launched in 2003 and there is compelling evidence that a concerted effort can make a real difference to employees.
