Extreme Hiring Makeover: Hire Education

Whether their previous experience came in the public sector or the private sector, the common refrain among leaders and managers is: hiring takes too long, the process is overly complex, and, despite the time and effort required to navigate the process, the candidates it delivers do not always possess the skills and experience required for the job.
Based on the information gathered through the interviews, the team developed a detailed process map that reflected every activity, requirement and hand-off associated with the hiring process.
