On July 3, 2025 the Partnership for Public Service submitted comments on OPM’s “Suitability and Fitness” proposed rule.

On June 6, 2025 the Partnership for Public Service submitted comments on OPM’s “Improving Performance, Accountability and Responsiveness in the Civil Service” (Schedule P/C) proposed rule.

On June 2, 2025 the Partnership for Public Service submitted comments on OPM’s “Assuring Responsive and Accountable Federal Executive Management” proposed rule.

On October 25, 2023, the Partnership’s CEO and President Max Stier submitted a statement for the record in connection with the Senate Committee on Veterans’ Affairs hearing on “VA Accountability and Transparency.”

On July 12, 2023, the Partnership’s CEO and President Max Stier submitted a statement for the record in connection with the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigation’s hearing on pending legislation.

On March 13, 2025, the Partnership submitted public comments in response to the “Request for Information on the Development of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Action Plan.”
