November 17-21 Foundations in Public Service Leadership – Session affected: Session 5 – Dates: Nov. 18, from 1 to 5 p.m. EST Session 5 will take place as planned on Nov. 18 for all participants. Preparing to Lead – Session affected: Session 4 – Date: Nov. 19, from 1 to 4:30 p.m. EST Session 4 will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 19. There will be no session on Thursday, Nov. 20. Session 5 will be moved to Dec. 17-18. November 10-14 Gov21 – Session affected: Session 1 – Dates: Nov. 12-14, from noon to 4 p.m. EST This session has been postponed and will now take place on Dec. 3-5. Session 2 will take place on Jan. 7-9 and Session 3 will be on Feb. 4-6. Emerging HR Leaders – Session affected: Session 4 – Date: Nov. 13, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. EST The session on Nov.13 will be postponed until Dec.18. AI Government Leadership Program – Session affected: Session 2 – Date: Nov. 13 The session on Nov.13 will be an optional and supplemental virtual session, taking place from 1-4 p.m. EST only. State and local participants, as well as federal participants who are cleared to attend training, are invited to attend. Session 2 will now take place on Dec. 11. A new date has been added to the program calendar for Feb. 19. October 27 – November 7 Foundations in Public Service Leadership – Session affected: Session 5 – Dates: Oct. 28, from 1 to 5 p.m. EDT Federal government participants only: the Oct. 28 session will not take place. If the federal government is open at that time, Session 5 will happen on Nov.18. State and local government participants only: there will be an abbreviated session on Oct. 28 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. EDT. If the federal government is open at that time, Session 5 will happen on Nov. 18. Excellence in Government Fellows Spring 2025 – Session affected: Session 4 – Date: Nov. 4-7, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST Session 4 will not take place on November 4-7, 2025 but has been rescheduled to January 6-9, 2026. Session 5 will now take place on March 3-6, 2026 and Session 6 will be on April 7-9, 2026. October 20-24 Excellence in Government Fellows Fall 2025 – Session affected: Session 1: Values, Vision, and Mission – Date: Oct. 21-24, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. EDT The session scheduled for Oct. 21-24 will not take place this month. The first session will take place on the December session date (Dec. 2-5). Preparing to Lead – Session affected: Session 4 – Dates: Oct. 22, from 1 to 4:30 p.m. EDT The session on Oct. 22 will not take place. If the shutdown has ended by Nov. 17, Session 4 will be held on Nov.19 and Session 5 will be held on Dec. 17-18. Emerging HR Leaders – Session affected: Session 4 – Dates: Oct. 23, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. EDT The session will not take place on Oct. 23. It will be rescheduled for a later date. Foundations in Public Service Leadership – Session affected: Session 5 – Dates: Oct. 21, from 1 to 5 p.m. EDT Session 5 will not take place on Oct. 21. It is tentatively rescheduled to Oct. 28, if the shutdown has ended by Oct. 27. If the shutdown has not ended by Oct.27, state and local participants only will gather for an abbreviated session on Oct. 28. Additional session dates for all participants will be added to the calendar. October 14-17 AI Government Leadership Program – Session affected: Session 1, AI Leadership Fundamentals – Date: Oct. 16, from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. EDT For state and local government participants only: The session will happen as scheduled on Oct. 16 regardless of the federal government’s operating status. For federal government participants only: There will be no in-person programming. A modified Session 1 will take place on Oct. 16, from 1 to 4 p.m. EDT on Zoom for Government for participants who are cleared to attend training during this period. An alternative option for Session 1 will also be made available after government operations resume. Gov21 – Session affected: Session 1, Innovation Foundations – Dates: Oct. 15, from noon to 4 p.m. EDT – Oct. 17, from noon to 4 p.m. EDT This session has been postponed. The first session of Gov21 will take place on Nov.12-15 from noon to 4 p.m. EDT, each day. Excellence in Government Fellows Fall 2025 – Session affected: Orientation – Date: Oct. 14, from 10 a.m. to noon EDT The orientation will not take place on Oct. 14, but will be recorded and shared with all participants. Leadership Excellence for Acquisition Professionals – Session affected: Session 1: Defining Your Leadership Style – Dates: Oct. 14, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EDT – Oct. 16, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EDT This session has been postponed. The first session of LEAP will take place on Nov. 18-20 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EDT, each day. October 1-10 AI Government Leadership Program Session affected: Orientation Date: Oct. 2, from 11 a.m. to noon EDT In the event of a shutdown, orientation will be held as scheduled and recorded. An additional orientation session will be scheduled at a later day after the federal government resumes operations. Foundations in Public Service Leadership Program Session affected: Session 5 Date: Oct. 7, from 1-5 p.m. EDT The Foundations in Public Service Leadership Program will not hold Session 5 on Tuesday, Oct. 7. The session will tentatively take place on Tuesday, Oct. 21, pending the federal government’s operational status. Excellence in Government Fellows Spring 2025 Session affected: Cohort Check In 2 Date: Oct. 7, from 2-4 p.m. EDT The Cohort Check-in 2 will not take place on Tuesday, Oct. 7, and the Cohort Check-in 3 date (Dec. 9) will serve as the second Cohort Check-in. The new Cohort Check-in 3 date will be on Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2026. Leadership Excellence for Acquisition Professionals Session affected: Orientation Date: Oct. 8, from 1-2:30 p.m. EDT Orientation has been rescheduled to Nov. 12, from 1–2:30 p.m. EDT. Session 1 has been rescheduled to Nov. 18-20. There will be no session on Oct. 14-16.
