Back to All Staff Joseph Burtzlaff Operations Associate he/him Joseph Burtzlaff is an Associate on the Operations team. In his role, Joseph supports the enrollment of participants into the Partnership’s open enrollment programs. Prior to joining the Partnership, Joseph worked for The Delta Chi Fraternity, Inc. where he played a pivotal role in the leadership development of chapter officers throughout the fraternity. Joseph earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Strategic Communication at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Joseph’s favorite public servant is also his favorite president and Founding Father, James Madison.
