Adaptive Leadership Webinar

The first session in a two-part series was designed to build an understanding of adaptive leadership and how to apply it in your agency. Through this session, participants were able to identify the skills and attributes of adaptive leaders, gain tools and techniques to showcase adaptive leadership, and had an opportunity to share best practices and lessons learned with peers. The session concluded with actionable next steps to continue to build skills as an adaptive leader.
