Learn more Thumbnail for Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence Talent Initiative Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence Talent Initiative The Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence Talent Initiative offers recent graduates in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence-related fields the opportunity to work at a federal agency for two years and receive on-the-job training. Participants also receive professional development and join a mentorship program. Rosenthal Fellowship in International Relations The Rosenthal Fellowship provides civic-minded graduate students in international relations with a summer internship in a congressional or executive branch office. Learn more Building a more diverse, equitable, inclusive and accessible federal workforce Federal agencies need to build diverse, equitable, inclusive and accessible workplaces and provide more opportunities to underrepresented communities to ensure our government mirrors–and understands the needs of–the communities it serves. Our custom offerings help agencies embed DEIA principles into talent management practices, create more inclusive organizational cultures, strengthen leadership capability on DEIA issues, and develop more inclusive recruiting and hiring practices. We also foster collaboration among HR professionals, Equal Employment Opportunity specialists, hiring managers and other DEIA stakeholders, and bring together senior federal diversity officers to discuss DEIA issues and best practices. Our offerings are tailored for individual contributors, supervisors and team leads, affinity group members, and senior executive and other teams.
