The Partnership for Public Service seeks a collaborative and customer service-oriented associate to join the Programs team. As an associate with the Programs team, you will play a critical role supporting the Partnership’s work to develop strong leaders, engage federal employees, strengthen government management systems and improve government-wide workforce-related challenges such as recruiting and hiring talent. The Partnership for Public Service seeks a manager/facilitator to support the Public Service Leadership Institute team. The Public Service Leadership Institute team aims to strengthen government leaders through action-oriented coaching and facilitation. Programs range from cohort-based open enrollment programs to long-term agency engagements to customized coaching and retreats.  As a manager and facilitator, you will develop, facilitate and manage programs and projects that prepare federal leaders at all levels—from emerging leaders to executives—to build their leadership and management capacity, encourage innovation and improve the overall effectiveness of their agencies.
