Operations Associate

Location: Washington, DC

The Partnership for Public Service is seeking an associate to support the full lifecycle of enrolling program participants, including participant application review, program acceptance, enrollment logistics and invoicing and payment tracking. The associate will collaborate with staff across the Partnership, as well as external stakeholders, to invoice for and collect program tuition, as well as other contract payments. The associate will also generally support the finance and accounting team.

The Partnership for Public Service seeks a Director of Operations for the Public Service Leadership Institute. The Director will lead management and planning of the Institute’s internal operations and resources, which are foundational for the Institute’s work. The Director will report to the Partnership for Public Service’s Vice President for Public Service Leadership, will act as an important thought partner, and will play a key role on the Institute’s Leadership team. Manager, Public Service Leadership Institute

The Partnership is seeking a dynamic, collaborative and motivated project manager to join our Public Service Leadership Institute (PSLI) team to manage our AI Federal Leadership program for federal government employees.  

This role will manage the day-to-day execution of the AI Federal Leadership program under the support and supervision of the program senior manager. Manager, Research and Analysis

The Partnership for Public Service is seeking an experienced professional to manage research projects in support of the organization’s strategic plan. Responsibilities of the position include project scoping and research design; budget development and monitoring; team leadership; data collection and analysis; and the development and presentation of written research products. Relationship management is central to the position, and the incumbent will facilitate productive collaborations across the Partnership and with external stakeholders, including research contributors, government officials and project funders. Manager, Communications

The Partnership for Public Service seeks an experienced communications professional to manage the communications activities and strategies in support of several organizational key initiatives, including its Center for Presidential Transition and growing work around AI and government.  

The Communications Manager will report to the Communications Director and will work closely with the Vice President of Communications and members of the Center for Presidential Transition and communications teams to implement multi-channel communications plans, strategies and digital marketing tactics to further the Center’s priorities, research and events. The Senior Communications Manager will lead the organization’s efforts to identify and target new audiences by planning and executing marketing strategies that include targeted campaigns and content creation. This position will create compelling and tailored content for use across channels and will translate complex topics into relatable and persuasive narratives to help achieve the organization’s strategic goals.

Serving as the primary point of contact for all media inquiries, this person will maintain and develop relationships with the media; lead an editorial strategy; write supporting materials that include email pitches, talking points, press statements, media advisories and news releases; prepare key members of the organization for interviews; evaluate and report on the success of outreach; and other duties related to proactive media relations.
