Driving Cross-Government Innovation: Lessons Learned from the Tribal CX Pilot Team The Partnership for Public Service invites you to join us on Monday, December 9th from 12:00 – 12:30 pm ET for a YouTube Live panel discussion with the cross-agency, cross-sector team of federal leaders who piloted four groundbreaking solutions around post-award reporting to reduce burdens on Tribal Nations in fulfilling these requirements. The panel discussion will focus on the team’s recently published report “Tribal Customer Experience Pilot for Post-Award Reporting.” This event is a part of the Partnership’s work on “Conversations with Major Investment Leaders” that aims to develop an ongoing learning system of knowledge and expertise for implementing large-scale federal investment programs in two ways. Community convenings: A community of practice that convenes leaders and practitioners to address common challenges, shares promising practices and approaches, and builds cross-agency connections Resource development: Written resource development based on insights gathered from our community of practice and from our independent research. This events marks the first in a new YouTube Live and blog series in which we will amplify and celebrate standout examples of implementation excellence.
