ERM to Drive Programmatic Success Working Session This working session hosted by The Partnership of Public Service and Deloitte will help attendees learn and better understand the aforementioned OMB requirements. This includes exploring the role of a CRO, helping agencies identify risk appetite and tolerance limits, and strategizing on the implementation of Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and American Rescue Plan programs. Attendees will hear about the importance of proactive collaboration and engagement between an agency’s risk program and the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and address how to utilize a risk-based approach in program design.
