Feds in Motion Challenge
The 5th Annual Feds In Motion Challenge kicks off on May 1, 2025 and continues during Public Service Recognition Week (#PSRW) May 4-11, and keeps on going through June 6. It’s all about moving in your favorite way—walk, run, bike, swim, or roll your wheelchair on your favorite route—to reach the goal of 37 miles (or more!) in 37 days.

Public Service Recognition Week- Annual Awards Dinner
The Western New York local chapter for the American Society for Public Administration will celebrate Public Service Recognition Week with its Annual Awards Dinner on Friday, May 2, 2025 at the Wurlitzer Events Tower Room in North Tonawanda.
The event include dinner, dessert, coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages. A cash bar will be available. Tickets are $55.20 and include all fees. More information and a link to purchase tickets is available at the Chapter’s website at aspabuffaloniagara.org.
The event’s keynote speaker is Maria Garozzo-Payne, MPA. She retired in 2017 as the longtime principal assessor for the City of Buffalo and currently serves as board president for Central Culturale Italiano di Buffalo.
