Agency Transition Activities Still Awaiting Nod from GSA

A formal declaration by GSA administrator Emily Murphy, an “assertainment” that Joe Biden has won 270 or more electoral votes, is needed to kick off a cascade of events allowing a Biden administration to get up to speed with a slate of agency business and prepare to take the reins of the federal government on January 20.
