We are thrilled to welcome them to the organization.” Anstey will lead the Partnership’s Public Service Leadership Institute, the preeminent source of leadership programs, policies and perspectives to develop public service leaders. Anstey has nearly a decade of experience in strategy development and implementation and comes to the organization by way of Goldman Sachs and Skadden Arps. She also recently taught a course on leadership at her alma mater, Williams College. “It’s crucial that federal leaders are equipped to be stewards of the public trust, achieve their agencies’ missions and contribute to the public good. Alongside my incredible team, I’m committed to working with public servants through the institute to help them build leadership skills and deliver results for the public,” said Anstey. Ives will spearhead the Partnership’s AI and innovation strategy. She has over 20 years of award-winning global technology and executive leadership experience and, in 2023, co-founded Wateringhole.ai, an artificial intelligence consulting and advisory firm. “I’m thrilled to join the visionary team at the Partnership. I’m dedicated to empowering our government and civil servants with the cutting-edge AI tools and leadership expertise they need to excel in serving the public,” Ives said. Johnson will serve as a strategic advisor to the president and CEO, help manage the Partnership’s external relationships and provide strategic support to the organization’s executive and management teams. He has more than a decade of experience in senior operations and strategic support for government and national nonprofit organizations and, most recently, served as chief of staff at Civic Nation. “I’m excited to help foster the strong traditions of innovation, inclusion and collaboration within the organization. Embracing diverse perspectives and upholding nonpartisan values are crucial to the Partnership’s success in strengthening public service and enhancing democracy,” Johnson said. Mader works across the Partnership’s program areas to manage the organization’s relationships with federal agencies. He joins the Partnership from Deloitte, where he was the strategy officer for the federal civilian sector. Mader previously served as assistant deputy commissioner at the Internal Revenue Service and as the Office of Management and Budget’s controller and acting deputy director for management. He has a long association with the Partnership, going back more than 20 years. “I’m eager to contribute to the growth of the Partnership. I’m looking forward to collaborating with our federal agency partners to meet their unique needs and, ultimately, to help transform how our government works to better serve the public,” Mader said.
