For many supervisors and leaders across government, however, the move represents a new way of doing business that undoubtedly poses many challenges, including how to keep employees engaged when they are physically isolated. In “Engaging a Remote Workforce”, the Partnership for Public Service and Boston Consulting Group present actions that agency leaders and supervisors can take to support their employees and keep agencies performing well in a remote working environment.
