Back to All Staff Alex Lopez-Perez Senior Advisor, Customer Experience Alex serves as the Senior Advisor to the Partnership’s CX portfolio lead, contributing to the formulation of strategies and collaborating with CX champions to enhance government services and connected programming. Alex leverages his expertise gained from coordinating CX measurement projects at the General Services Administration, his experience as a public-school teacher, along with his role as a fundraiser for college bridge programs to help bridge the gap between government services and diverse communities. Alex’s favorite public servant is Paulo Freire, a distinguished figure in education. Freire’s groundbreaking ideas regarding education as a transformative tool to identify and overcome systems perpetuating oppression have left a profound impact on educators, and their students, globally.
