Back to All Staff Diana Starkes Manager Diana Starkes supports business development efforts for the Partnership’s open-enrollment leadership development programs. She was introduced to the nonprofit world while working for the local Washington, D.C., NPR radio station. She is a member of the first African-American sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Incorporated, and she serves as a weekly volunteer at her community church. Diana’s favorite public servant is Patricia Roberts Harris, the first African-American woman to hold a cabinet post at the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
