Back to All Staff Friderike Butler Director, Leadership Coaching she/her Friderike Butler oversees strategy, management and the delivery of all leadership coaching engagements at the Public Service Leadership Institute. She thrives at the intersection of people, systems and technology and strives to be a catalyst for positive change, growth, and inspiration in the workplace. As a leadership coach and beyond, she enjoys developing potential and possibilities in people and in organizations, and she has a soft spot for those with an environmental sustainability focus. Friderike’s public servant role model is Kristin Fontenot, the Director of the Office of Environment and Energy at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, who creatively collaborates and inspires across agencies to build resilient communities while strengthening their environmental and cultural resources.
