Back to All Staff Grant Smith Associate Grant supports the delivery of federal workforce programming as a member of the Partnership’s employee engagement team. In addition to his work on agency projects, Grant also supports the Partnership’s Excellence in Government Fellows, Federal Human Capital Collaborative work and its higher education outreach efforts as a member of the Call to Serve Network team. Grant’s passion for building a better government began as a first-year undergraduate student where he facilitated efforts to make the student body more civically engaged. His favorite public servant is former Labor Secretary, Frances Perkins, a worker’s rights advocate and the first woman to serve in a presidential cabinet.
