Back to All Staff Hannah Shea Associate she/her Hannah supports the Excellence in Government Fellows program and agency engagements and works on the Public Service Leadership Institute’s business operations. Her understanding for efficiency and excellence in government developed during her undergraduate research of conflicts in the Middle East and North Africa. Hannah furthered this interest while working for the U.S. Army College as a researcher of a government’s role in internal conflicts. Her favorite public servant is Harvey Milk, an early pioneer of LGBTQ+ representation in government.
