Jennifer leads business development efforts for the Partnership’s open enrollment Excellence in Government Fellows and Preparing to Lead programs. She partners with federal government agencies and departments to help employees build leadership skills at all levels and improve government effectiveness. Jennifer has over 20 years of strategic engagement and partnership experience in corporate, non-profit, and government sectors. She has previously worked for the Cultural Intelligence Center, the British Embassy in Washington, DC, and federal and state governments. Jennifer has a BA in Political Science & Communications from the University of Michigan and a MA in Public Relations from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. Her favorite public servant is First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt, who was also part of the first US delegation to the United Nations and the first chair of the UN Commission on Human Rights.
