Back to All Staff Jessica DeLoach Senior Communications Manager As Senior Communications Manager at the Partnership, Jessica is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects aimed at increasing the public’s trust in our federal government and strengthening the capacity of federal public affairs officers, including the Assistant Secretaries for Public Affairs Roundtable, which she launched in 2022. Her current role builds upon her deep experience in political communication, which she honed on a presidential campaign during the 2020 cycle, as well as through serving as the political director for a national organization, providing political analysis and commentary on BBC, TRT World, FOX News, and other broadcast television networks, directing communications for a national media group as well as a state political party, and managing a statewide campaign. Jessica holds two master’s degrees—one in political communications and another in public service—and is currently studying the communications pathways of disinformation. Her favorite public servant is President Theodore Roosevelt, who gave us the Antiquities Act and whose enduring legacy is reflected in public lands across the United States.
