Back to All Staff Jordan LaPier Director Jordan LaPier oversees the Partnership’s events team and works to celebrate the extraordinary achievements of federal employees through the Samuel J. Heyman Service to America Medals program and other efforts to create a culture of recognition in public service. Hailing from a family of public servants at the local and federal levels, he has seen firsthand the impact of service to community and country. He has spent his career in nonprofits, working in program management, media relations and communications strategy. Other than his wife, Jordan’s favorite public servant is Adlai Stevenson II, a hero in his hometown of Bloomington, Ill., who represented America to the world as U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations under President John F.
