Senior Manager

Kari manages the Partnership’s government reform initiative and supports the team’s policy priorities related to federal hiring, customer experience and trust in government. Her commitment to mission-driven work led her to the Partnership in 2015, where she spent three years working on federal human capital issues and serving on the communications team before attending graduate school. She has witnessed the dedication of public servants while working in journalism, state government, and voter engagement. Kari’s favorite public servant is Rep. John Lewis, whose courageous fight for equality and commitment to making “good trouble” set a lasting example for future generations.
