Back to All Staff Kyra Meece Associate Manager and Wellde Fellow Kyra Meece serves on the Public Service Leadership Institute, where she supports federal leadership programs, tailored programs for various agencies and strategic initiatives at the institute. Kyra also serves as a George Washington University Wellde Fellow, promoting opportunities and careers in the federal government to students. Kyra’s interest in public service sparked at university through her classes in international affairs and healthcare work during the pandemic. Kyra’s favorite public servant is António Guterres, the ninth Secretary-General of the United Nations, for his work with refugees and dedication to ensuring human dignity for all.
