Back to All Staff Mercedes Raphael Manager she/her Mercedes Raphael supports the management of agency-wide projects centered on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) programs and initiatives. She brings a decade of experience to the Partnership, having built several DEIA initiatives at various organizations, most recently at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Mercedes holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Women’s Studies. Her favorite public servant is Congresswoman Katie Porter, who represents the 47th Congressional District in Orange County, California.
