Back to All Staff Nicole Coulanges Manager Nicole Coulanges manages the 21st Century Government Innovation program and agency engagements. Her interest in public service began in college after interning with the Department of Defense. Her work with international and local nonprofits and education has continued to fuel her passion for social impact and public service. One of Nicole’s favorite public servants is Susan Rice, the first black woman to represent the United States at the United Nations.
