Nicole Kolt

Senior Facilitator

Nicole serves as a facilitator and trainer for both custom and open enrollment programs. She designs and delivers sessions for government agencies around various leadership topics such as values-based leadership, active listening and building trust. In addition, she guides the cohort experience as a facilitator for Preparing to Lead and Emerging HR Leaders programs. Her previous role working with aspiring public service leaders navigating the hiring process led her to the Partnership for Public Service. She developed a passion for preparing people to thrive in their workplace and develop their leadership skills. She has an expertise in helping people set themselves up for success at all levels. Her favorite public servant is Betty Reid Soskin, civil-rights advocate and ranger for the National Park Service.
