Back to All Staff Rachel Klein-Kircher Director Rachel Klein-Kircher partners with federal agencies to identify solutions that build leadership capacity, strengthen employee engagement, promote cultural transformation and strengthen hiring and recruitment strategies. Fascinated by life lessons in leadership, she discovered the Partnership through the FedCoach column in The Washington Post. She developed an affinity for federal employees working alongside them for 25+ years in law enforcement, aviation, emergency response and IT acquisition. Her favorite public servants are the National Park Service rangers who made her laugh on family vacations while teaching her about wildlife in our country’s most beautiful places.
