Back to All Staff Sam Sherwood Associate Manager Sam is an associate manager for the Partnership’s work to improve recruitment policies and practices at federal agencies. He has a career background in policy research and legislative outreach, along with a bachelor’s degree and Master of Public Administration degree from American University. Sam’s passion for public service comes from his regular interactions with government employees, and hearing about the hard work they put in and challenges they face. Originally from St. Louis, Sam’s favorite public servant is fellow Missourian Harry S. Truman.
