A former scientist and management consultant, Anita brings an open, honest and direct approach to her global experience consulting and coaching diverse clients. Anita is the lead instructor for the Public Service Leadership Institute’s NIH Executive Leadership Program. Anita coaches executives in life sciences and high-tech industries, early-to-mid-career MBA students and underrepresented leaders in organizations. She is also an adjunct faculty member at the New York University Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service and the iCoachGlobal program. Prior to coaching, Anita worked in positions of increasing seniority in the health care industry. There, she followed her passion of improving access to affordable medicines for patients around the world by working in both private and public sectors at Bain & Company, Sandoz, Pfizer, Doctors Without Borders and the Clinton Health Access Initiative, both in the U.S. and internationally. She recently launched New York City’s first internship program in the life sciences. Anita uses strategic thinking, relationship-building and a scientific lens to problem-solving when she encourages her clients to experiment with new approaches to their leadership, behaviors and mindset. She helps high-achieving clients in technical environments tap into their natural emotional intelligence to lead and manage change, inspire others and drive results. Anita’s superpower is being a straight shooter with deep empathy.
