“I see the best in people and believe in creating new possibilities. It is my aim to illuminate a practical path to clarity in a complex world by igniting courage in leaders to pursue a human-centered and conscious way of being.”

Heidi Jackson Everett is an Air Force veteran, a public company and nonprofit board director, an advisor and a business owner. For over 25 years, she has worked with government, nonprofit and private sector leaders and organizations to design and activate pathways for change. She has led numerous transformations to include mergers and acquisitions, global enterprise restructuring and organizational change management initiatives.

Heidi’s passion is guiding leaders through personal transformation by way of executive coaching and development. She believes in empowering and encouraging new and transitioning leaders to pursue human-centered and conscious leadership for a complex, changing world. She partners with leaders across all sectors to evoke self-awareness, identify adaptive solutions and pursue their own brilliance. She illuminates a practical path to clarity and ignites courage in leaders to create and aim for new possibilities on their teams, in their organizations, within society and, ultimately, in their lives.

People who work with Heidi highlight her ability to understand the complexity of the intersection between people, business systems, financial dynamics and external influences. She elegantly balances this complexity by centering her clients’ humanity in her coaching sessions with a generous spirit, welcoming disposition and a deep commitment to the belief in people.

Experience

Designed and delivered leadership development trainings, workshops, meetings and summits for leaders and their organizations. Her activities center on self-awareness, collaboration and action to provide leaders insight on how to increase their individual impact and influence on teams and within organizations. She has also led organizational executive transitions from due diligence, selection and through transition. For a Silicon Valley-based technology company specializing in data and storage networking products, she developed a new governance operating model and worked with business unit leads to design change management mobilization strategies. This work was critical for integration efforts after a merger, particularly before the company went public. Guided leaders through the transformation of the Defense Health Agency (formerly the TRICARE Management Activity) after the secretary of defense ordered a comprehensive review of the Military Health System’s safety, access and quality standards. Her leadership led to the establishment of performance measures based on top performing health care systems to achieve high reliability for its 9.6 million beneficiaries.
