“Helping you identify and reach your goals.“
Jeff O’Malley serves as an executive coach and team coach and provides strategic guidance to the Partnership’s leadership development programs which have reached thousands of federal leaders over the course of his tenure. He designs and facilitates content across a wide variety of areas, including leadership presence, navigating change, and applied emotional intelligence. Jeff has served at executive-level positions in several organizations.
As a coach, Jeff uses artful questions to help each person or team identify core issues and goals. He works closely with clients to identify next steps and skills to develop so they can gain the outcomes they seek. He enjoys the opportunity to work with leaders at all levels—whether an emerging leader or a seasoned executive—as his passion is to help the leader identify key challenges and concrete ways to move forward.
His calm and reflective presence creates a safe space in which clients can be candid and identify their real issues. He subtly challenges them to find what’s most essential at a point in time and create next steps to progress towards goals and meet challenges. Homing in on clients’ needs, Jeff often provides resources to support them in their leadership development goals. Leaders working with Jeff find they focus better and gain clarity around complex issues, and they find Jeff to be a great exploration partner.
