Team Development/Facilitation Partnered with organizations to design, develop and deliver targeted leadership training. Crafted and facilitated a series of leadership development workshops for a nonprofit leadership team that featured conversations on topics relevant to the shared practices they are adopting as they prepare to scale their impact.
Government career Completed her career as the directorate of digital innovation executive for a regional mission center. Partnered with leaders and colleagues to accelerate the matrixed integration of digital expertise and capabilities into the center, which bolstered its capacity to collect intelligence, craft all-source analysis, and provide support to officers at home and abroad, advancing U.S. goals in the region. As deputy director for the directorate’s talent office, supported the director in spearheading the launch of a new digital career service to grow the skill sets needed to leverage current and emerging technology for impact. As group chief in the Office of the Chief Information Officer, managed a portfolio of social, mobile and cloud applications that enabled mission partners to produce, disseminate and collaborate on intelligence within the agency and the Intelligence Community.
