Steven Jones is a consultant, executive coach and results-based facilitator with over 20 years of experience. He specializes in working with leaders and their teams to develop attitudes, skills and practices that promote responsible and sustainable high performance. His clients include leaders and teams in the federal government, the banking industry, large foundations and other social sector organizations. He has trained and coached over 1,000 cross-sector and community leaders in facilitating to achieve results in partnership. Co-lead in building partnerships with leaders and employees to realize the transformation of external and internal client service delivery Steven is a contributing member of the International Coaching Federation award-winning coaching team for working with U.S. National Geospatial Administration executives. For a decade, he developed IRS managers’ and analysts’ capacity to navigate change within teams that support internal and external customers. He has guided the intensive development of over 700 federal leaders and facilitated the achievement of results for more than 2,000 leaders across sectors.
