He also provides pro bono leadership coaching to historically marginalized groups—in the U.S. and internationally—focused on building businesses and social ventures in their hometowns. Personal
Tom and his wife live in northern Virginia and have four kids—two in college and two at home—but he was born and raised in small-town Ohio. Lived abroad in Madrid, Spain between 2018 and 2021, visiting 26 cities and logging nearly 40,000 miles of travel during that time. In addition to travel, loves attending sporting events and discovering new music Enjoys walking, tennis and strength training.
