This session covers how to lead effectively through change and uncertainty by developing personal and team adaptability, applying change models, fostering accountability and empathy, and using the change principles to influence organizational culture. Grounded in the values of public service, this session offers practical tools and peer connection to help leaders support their teams, sustain morale and stay mission-focused amid disruption. Program details PDF Program Overview This is a two-day intensive certificate program for leaders of all levels. By the end of the program, participants will: Identify how change and uncertainty are impacting your individuals, teams, and/or organizations. Understand how change-management strategies can support your team. Evaluate how mindset and communication create change-ready cultures. Time Commitment The program includes 2 days of live programming. The in-person program runs 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET and the virtual program runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. You are expected to be present and engaged for the duration of the session and complete all pre-work.
