Each year, the SAGEs gather for the Summer Event to spend time together and dive deeper into current events in the federal government. In addition to connecting with your fellow SAGEs, this year’s event is an opportunity for you to learn from recently departed feds on the challenges they have faced and how they managed change. The theme of this year’s event is “Managing Change in a Complex Environment.”
