This two-day intensive certificate program is designed to equip all levels of leaders with the skills for leading through challenging times with agility and purpose.
Change is constant in government. Today’s leaders are navigating more complexity, pressure and uncertainty than ever before. This session covers how to lead effectively through change and uncertainty by developing personal and team adaptability, applying change models, fostering accountability and empathy, and using the change principles to influence organizational culture.
Grounded in the values of public service, this session offers practical tools and peer connection to help leaders support their teams, sustain morale and stay mission-focused amid disruption. Through interactive discussions and real-world scenarios, participants leave better equipped to lead with clarity, steadiness and purpose—no matter what comes next.

Time Commitment
The program includes 2 days of live programming and 45 minutes of prework. The in-person program runs 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET and the virtual program runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. You are expected to be present and engaged for the duration of the session and complete all pre-work.

Tailored Agency Cohorts
This program can also be delivered to groups within a given agency, with content tailored towards the specific challenges, culture and mission of your locality, department or office. Agency cohorts can be delivered virtually or in person or at your location, and we will partner with you to select dates. A cohort of up to 30 participants is priced at $20,000.
