25 Years of Building Better Government 

Since 2001, the Partnership for Public Service has been the leading nonpartisan nonprofit working to build a better government and a stronger democracy. We have promoted public service, advocated for critically needed reforms, expanded our work to state and local government, and supported federal leaders and institutions as they confronted serious challenges.

Now, amid unprecedented disruptions to federal programs, workers and agencies, we are meeting the moment with conviction and confidence, working to protect our government from further harm, while making it more effective, responsive and accountable.

We all deserve a government that serves our collective needs and interests. Building on our many achievements, we will continue toward this vision during this extraordinary time and in the decades to come.
